We are hiring for a licensed (LMHC, LCSW or LMFT) Clinician but will also consider applicants that have passed your state licensure exam and within 1 month of obtaining your required clinical hours.
As a Clinical Supervisor you are responsible for the direct supervision and training of the clinical staff including but not limited to the following: (1) providing one on one clinical supervision and group supervision on an as needed basis (2) providing crisis intervention and support as needed (3) oversight of the contractual agreements and ensuring staff are providing services agreed upon to the agency standards (4) providing review of clinical documentation and ensuring that paperwork is completed and submitted according to established time frames (5) providing oversight to maintenance of the client files to maintain compliance with contractual agreements (6) other functions/duties related to clinical program and supervision as deemed necessary and appropriate.
The Clinical Supervisor will support and facilitate a team philosophy within the agency and the extended community and will be an active member of the treatment team by ensuring quality therapeutic intervention as it relates to the treatment of both mental health and behavior disorders in children and adolescents served by FFF. The Clinician will support the agency mission through the practice and implementation of ethical decision-making; quality standards of care follow through with agency policies and procedures and abiding by the contractual agreements set forth by DCF CBCs, and AHCA. The Clinical Supervisor reports to the site Program Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for the clinical supervision and management of therapeutic service delivery by the clinical team, including but not limited to overall compliance with the policies and procedures, clinical reporting, department monitoring and contract.
Responsible for all aspects of the treatment planning process including but not limited to the formal treatment plan and subsequent reviews, bio-psychosocial, safety planning, permanency planning, discharge planning, and crisis stabilization planning for the clinical programs.
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining and fostering quality relationships with the Community Partners, DCF, CBC, Medicaid/AHCA, GAL program and any additional community agents working in the best interest and safety of the children. Attend community and treatment team meetings. Report the status of the clinical programs and related issues and concerns to the Clinical Program Manager. Review and report all incident and/or abuse reports to the Clinical Program Manager immediately.
Education & Requirements:
Hold a master’s degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education or human services (Required).
State of Florida as a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or have passed your state licensure exam and within 1 month of obtaining your required clinical hours.

Work Environment:
This position is an in-office position (Monday – Friday). Salary is negotiable upon experience and licensure.
Full-time/ in office (M-F) routine business hours
