Families First of Florida is seeking an in-office, part time Licensed Clinician(s) for daytime weekly office hours (generally between 8:30 am/5:00 pm) – flexible as to days/times.
This is a contracted (1099) positon for our Outpatient (OP) mental health clinical services throughout the Lakeland service area. You must be a Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) as you will be completing Intake assessments (Medicaid and Commercial) in office at our Lakeland Service Center.
This is a great opportunity for Licensed Clinicians to develop their assessment and clinical skills. Preferred specialties include trauma informed care, substance abuse, adoptions competency, child welfare and individual adolescent psychotherapy.
Contractors must pass Level 2 FDLE background screen, local background screen in county of residence, carry professional liability coverage, and have the ability to learn and utilize Electronic Health Record.
Assessors MUST be licensed in the State of Florida as one of the following (please note a registered intern does not meet the required qualifications per Medicaid guidelines):
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Pay: $30,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year – depending on the number of billable hours you work.
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week (M-F – routine business hours)
