Licensed Clinical Program Manager - Tampa

Essential Job Functions

  • Direct Supervision to applicable staff.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the assigned clinical programs including but not limited to program development and management, policies and procedures, clinical reporting and manuals, program monitoring and compliance with insurance and other governing systems, conduct intake assessments as required.
  • Responsible for program marketing, community relations and presentations to maintain consistent referrals and program development.
  • Review with Clinical Supervisors clinician development plans and assist with any staff development struggles.
  • Ensure compliance with background screening and hiring practices for all contracted staff as well as staff development, training, and evaluation.
  • Maintain and provide to all clinical staff within assigned programs updated therapeutic trainings, treatment models and potential for clinical growth.
  • Provide mediation and support, as necessary, related to complaints, grievances or issues and concerns raised by staff, DCF, CBC, and other outside agencies regarding assigned program staff.
  • Work as a team with the other supervisors and directors at a management level to provide high quality of services.
  • Provide support and involvement in all meetings pertaining to programs assigned within the office.
  • Responsible for meeting contracted Performance Outcome Measures.
  • Actively participate in assigned Performance Improvement tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • DSM assessing and diagnosing knowledge and practice
  • Ability to manage and provide direct feedback and supervision to new clinical staff and entry level clinical management
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and technology use
  • Competent in treatment theories and practice
  • In-depth knowledge of Evidenced Practices (can include but not limited to TF-CBT, CBT, ERH, Substance Abuse, Solution-Focused Therapy and addition theories and practices)
  • Program specific training as required for program oversight
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid Guidelines pertaining to Community Behavioral Health, TCM, and STFC (licensed care).

Educational and Work Requirements

  • Master’s degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education or human services.
  • Florida Licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with abused /neglected children and their families and functioned in a supervisory capacity for a minimum of two (2) years.
