Meet our Staff . . .
Families First of
Florida team consists of five (5) administrative and nine (9) clinical staff
members. Our highly trained clinical
staff holds, at a minimum, master’s degrees in mental health or behavioral
analysis. All behavior analysts are
Board Certified. Additionally, Families First Florida contracts with a Board
Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, and with Licensed Mental
Health Counselors for the completion of Comprehensive Behavioral Health
Assessments.
Carolanne Patriaco, Executive Director—Carolanne is the Executive Director &
Managing Member of Families First of Florida, LLC. Carolanne holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Dominican College of
Blauvelt, New York and brings 20-years of corporate accounting experience as
well as 10-years managing therapeutic foster care agencies.
Agnes Turner, Office Administrator – Agnes is the agency liaison and point of contact to all parties
involved with the care of the children we serve. She is responsible for recruitment, and the daily administration
of the agency. She brings to Families First of Florida over 30-years of
corporate experience.
Danielle Schwartz, MS, Director of Clinical Operations —Danielle holds a Master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University,
Family and Consumer Sciences along with concentrating on Human and Child
development and family life. She brings to Families First sixteen-years
experience working with mentally ill adolescents and sexually aggressive children and youth. Additionally,
she is certified in SACY and child endangerment and risk assessment.
